Mr. Kantharaj is Director and co-founder of LAYER Informatics Private Ltd. and focuses on Sales, Business development, Client Services, Strategic Alliances & Partner and Branding for Layer Informatics.  He is responsible for defining company' force and go-to-market to enable the company's strategy, goal, development and commercial aspects of the business.  He is also involved in creating strategic business and outsourcing partnership for long term association & sustainability.  He is responsible for establishing the sales and revenue targets to meet the company objectives.

Mr. Kantharaj holds Engineering in Electrical & Electronics background and has two decades of domestic and overseas experience in Geospatial mapping solution and services & IT industry.  He served in different level of management in private and public limited companies, successfully handled varieties of GIS mapping projects, expertise in team development and enhancement in terms of latest technology & innovation of geospatial mapping & IT industry.

Prior to start this company, Kantharaj has worked as a Delivery Head of Geospatial team, involved in project design & execution and delivery including outsourcing functions, revenue target of department, technical support to business development team, Project costing, pre-sales support documentation, resource mobilization and operational budgeting plan.

Mr. Shivarajappa B.K is Director and Co-founder of LAYER Informatics Private Ltd.  He is responsible for implementing and strategic initiatives, including achievement of the operational and financial results.  He Manages day-to-day operations and responsible for creating strategic direction and ensuring long-term profitable growth of the Company.

Mr. Shivarajappa B.K holds Engineering in Computer Science background and has more than Two decades of experience in GIS mapping services and IT industry.  Prior to start Layer Informatics, Mr. Shivarajappa B.K served for Private and Public Limited Companies in India and abroad at various levels, that includes Geo-spatial Projects Delivery Support, Maintenance, Propose Enhancements, Pre-sales, Marketing Support for Developing new Geo-Spatial Businesses, Preparation of Technical proposals and Price Estimates, Project Design, Management and Resource Planning.

Mr. Satish Kumar Vinayagam is the Manager Operation for the Photogrammetry, LiDAR & Ortho Divisions.  He is an effective leader who excels at using proven methods and cutting-edge technology to successfully cut costs, streamline operations and increase productivity.  Assertive and enthusiastic, with extensive knowledge of process optimization and an unsurpassed worth ethic.

He is responsible for the managing Project team, Project design, Pilots, Project execution, Project delivery, Quality planning, Resource planning, Pre-sales documentation, Team development and technical support to the business development team.  He also is responsible for client communication from the inception to the final deliverables of projects.

Mr. Satish Kumar Vinayagam is an engineer and he has played a variety of roles across the geospatial industry and has an extensive experience more than 19+ years in Photogrammetry, Lidar, Ortho and Remote Sensing technologies.
